HiwaFlex belong to Hiwa Group,which began from 1984 mainly in butterfly valve production. Along with the market demand and the group development request,Hiwa had covered it's production area to nearly 120000m2 around and enlarged it's  production arrange in rubber expansionn joint, ductile iron fittings, repair clamp ... products area except various valves in China.

In 2012, HiwaFlex begin it's formal production in rubber expansion joint in Binzhou, Shandong China. We have professional rubber  technical team to cancern the characteristics of different sythatic rubber.  The equipments of the  workshop with high standard collocation. The main equipment such as Mixing Mill, Internal Mixer, Glue Injection Machine,Vulcanized Press Machine,Vertical Bale Cutter ,Aging Box, Moving Die Rheometer and Rubber Tensile Testing Machine...  are all with most advanced function. HiwaFlex's Rubber Expansion Joint are made of EPDM,NBR,CR,NR,CSM...sys for different medium applications, and the floating flange matched with the rubber ball make the installation freely, we also can supply PTFE lined rubber expansion joint for special anti-corrosion application. HiwaFlex's rubber expansion Joint had been widely used in Water Treatment,Building Sytem, Shipping and Chemical Industry...around the world.
